We shall see in the coming days whether the corrupt governments that hope to profit from the genocide in Gaza will send their own troops to fight the Palestinian Resistance.

Our Wednesday News Analysis | Who is Ready to Die for Trump’s Gaza Plan? So Far, Nobody

On November 17, 2025, the UN Security Council passed a resolution to endorse President Trump’s plan for Gaza, including a transitional government headed by Trump himself and an International Stabilization Force (ISF) that is expected, among other tasks, to disarm Hamas, a task that Israel has failed to do through two years of genocide and mass destruction.

The ISF will be tasked with securing the borders in a way that confines Palestinians, stabilizing Gaza’s security environment by suppressing resistance, demilitarizing Gaza while leaving the Israeli regime untouched, and training the Palestinian police to control the population. Yes, the force is also mandated to “protect civilians” and assist humanitarian aid. But under US supervision, can anyone honestly expect it to restrain Israel when Israel refuses to comply – as we see with the current so-called “ceasefire”?

Hamas and other factions in Gaza have issued a joint statement that unequivocally rejects Trump’s plan and the Security Council resolution, saying it “will turn into a type of imposed guardianship or administration – reproducing a reality that restricts the Palestinian people’s right to self-determination and to managing their own affairs.”

As for the foreign military force, the Hamas statement says, “Assigning the international force with tasks and roles inside the Gaza Strip, including disarming the resistance, strips it of its neutrality, and turns it into a party to the conflict in favor of the occupation.”

The joint statement reserves its strongest condemnation for the Arab rulers who support Trump’s plan, calling their support “a form of deep international partnership in the war of extermination waged by the occupation against our people.”

Trump has claimed that all sides agreed to his peace plan, but Hamas only agreed to the first stage of it, which involved returning the remaining Israeli prisoners in Gaza to Israel under a permanent ceasefire and resumption of humanitarian aid that Israel has still not complied with...

THE ETERNAL ZIONIST CONTEMPT FOR AGREEMENTS AND PEACE

Once again, the world witnesses the signing of a ceasefire agreement between Israel and the Palestinian resistance. And once again, history repeats itself. While some nourish hopes of reconstruction in Gaza, scepticism prevails among Palestinians, sustained by decades of betrayals.

In fact, history shows that Israel has never honoured the commitments it has signed. For the Zionist entity, every truce is merely a tactical pause, a diplomatic manoeuvre to reorganise the occupation and prepare for the next aggression.

The recent ceasefire was no exception: within a few days, the Israeli army, under the orders of Benjamin Netanyahu, launched brutal attacks against the Gaza Strip, murdering more than one hundred Palestinians, including 52 children, 23 women, 4 elderly people, and 7 people with disabilities, under the false allegation that Hamas had attacked Israeli troops.

Hamas denied the accusations and denounced the violation as a deliberate attempt to sabotage the agreement. It also denounced that the systematic acts of ceasefire violation demonstrate that the occupation practises a policy of mass murder as a consistent strategy, and not as an isolated incident.

Since the Oslo Accords in 1993, the contrast between Palestinian good faith and Israeli contempt for commitments has been glaring. The Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO) recognised “israel’s” right to exist within the 1967 borders, believing that the path of diplomacy could lead to peace.

In exchange, what the Palestinians received were more illegal settlements, more checkpoints, more arrests, and more walls. The promise of a Palestinian state within five years never amounted to more than a deception. Oslo, instead of liberating Palestine, institutionalised the occupation...

JEWISH COMMUNITIES MUST CONFRONT THEIR COMPLICITY IN ISRAEL'S GENOCIDE

After more than two years of war, Jewish support for Israeli atrocities in Gaza requires accountability, moral clarity, and an urgent reckoning across Israel and the Diaspora

There's a desperate need for a moral reckoning among the global Jewish population after more than two years of Israeli-inflicted horrors in Gaza.

From the mass starvation of Palestinians to AI- and cloud-enabled killing, Jewish complicity, both in Israel and across the Diaspora, has been a profound moral failure.

I write this as a Jew who has spent decades opposing Israel's suffocating hold on the Jewish Diaspora, and as a man whose family was murdered by the Nazis in the Holocaust.

Since 7 October 2023, we have witnessed a genocide on our watch, as Jews and as citizens.

Now is the time for accountability - including international war crimes trials - not only for those who actively participated in it, but for Jews who wholly embraced the carnage from London to Sydney out of racism, fear, revenge, or sheer bloodlust.

Never forget that those who committed the genocide in Rwanda in 1994 weren't only the ones carrying out the physical violence; they also included those who promulgated hate speech on the radio.

With an Israeli Jewish population that overwhelmingly views all Palestinians in Gaza as suspect, if not outright hostile, the need for this moment is clear.

It's hard to describe what the post-7 October 2023 environment has been like in many Jewish communities.

Now is the time for accountability, not only for those who actively participated in it, but for Jews who wholly embraced the carnage

It has ranged from outright hostility towards any publicly expressed criticism of the Netanyahu regime to, perish the thought, any Jew disagreeing with the stated policies of an Israeli government that repeatedly announced its desire to eradicate all Palestinians...
