Each week we let Saint Pope John Paul II share meaningful signposts to spark socio-economic resolves through justice and righteousness combined with mercy and compassion; in short, love.
“O God, Almighty and Merciful,
He who sows discord cannot understand you,
He who loves violence cannot welcome you:
Watch over us in our painful human condition.”
The Vatican – 11 October 2001 | We implore that all people of goodwill persevere in leading the paths of justice and peace.
May the lord, in his infinite mercy, remove every form of resentment, hostility, and hatred from the heart of humankind, making us ready for reconciliation, solidarity, and peace.
May the “civilization of love” spread throughout the world.
Almighty and merciful God, we sow discord. We choose violence.
Look at our human nature, filled with pain, beset by horrible attacks of terror and death.
Comfort your children, and open our hearts to hope so we may still experience days of tranquility and peace.
